When I decided to name my site the 

"Looking Glass", a good friend asked me

what made me decide on the name. I told her

because when a person looks into a 

looking glass, they see a reflection of things.

 

I hope you enjoy looking at the different reflections

of me and my life. Please don't forget to sign my

"Reflections of the Soul"

Reflections...what are they? Images we see,
Everyday we look into the mirror
Feelings reflected deep within our eyes
Lingering thoughts of who we really are.
Every time we stop and pause before the mirror.
Clear pictures of ourselves
Through which leads to our very souls.
I often wonder what my soul reflects,
On going day by day
Nevertheless what others
See in me at my best.

Often I'm left
Feeling all alone,

Thinking about inner reflections...
Hidden within myself
Everyday waiting to be seen.

Someday to be noticed.
Outward appearances are the shell of ourselves,
Underneath...the soul that...
Lives and dwells forever.
